Dina Mendola is an award-winning mathematics educator and leadership coach with 30+ years of experience helping schools and districts elevate instruction so every learner experiences access and joy. As founder of Dina Mendola Consulting, LLC, she partners with teams to co-design coaching, professional learning, leadership development, and system design aligned to local goals and data. She presents internationally.

Her work has supported more than 2,000 educators and 1,300 leaders across 32 states and abroad.

Dina’s approach centers student thinking, builds on strengths, and aligns instruction, leadership, and systems so grade-level mathematics is rigorous, joyful, and equitable. She grows positive math identities for students and adults, deepens understanding and fluency, and helps educators connect ideas across representations. Dina is passionate about empowering educators to reimagine what’s possible in mathematics education, locally and globally.
